Prudent Pet SMS Terms — One-Time Passcodes
Program: Prudent Pet One-Time Passcodes. When you request a code in the Prudent Pet customer portal, Prudent Pet texts a one-time passcode to the mobile number you provide so you can sign in or verify your phone number.
Message frequency: One message per request. Frequency varies based on your requests.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Prudent Pet does not charge for these messages.
Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can still sign in using email. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
